Lynn Wachman is registered nurse who has worked in both hospital and clinical settings and has over 25 years of experience providing care and services. Over the last 10 years, Lynn has broadened her knowledge by studying Ayurveda and is a certified Ayurvedic wellness practitioner, Hatha Yoga instructor and a Heart Based Meditation Instructor. Ayurveda, or ayurvedic medicine, is a healthy-lifestyle system that people in India have used for more than 5,000 years. Ayurveda emphasizes good health and prevention and treatment of illness through lifestyle practices (such as massage, meditation, yoga, and dietary changes) and the use of herbal remedies.
